We have opened two hotels under the STREAM HOTEL brand: SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL and SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL. The STORYLINE brand launched with the 2024 opening of THE SENAGAJIMA STORYLINE in Okinawa.At this site directly linked to Sapporo Municipal Subway’s Susukino Station, the gateway to one of Japan’s foremost entertainment districts, we oc-cupy the 7th-18th floors of a large complex, CO-CONO SUSUKINO, that also houses commercial premises and a cinema complex. Based on the concept of “Deep Community,” we offer spaces where guests and locals alike can mingle freely, with the aim of creating both a base for travel where guests can gather, work, and play, and a hub linking guests to the surrounding area.The first property launched under our new STORYLINE brand of hotel-condominiums opened on Senaga Island, in the Okinawa Prefecture city of Tomigusuku. It is handily located just 10 minutes or so by car from Naha Airport, making it ideal even for weekend visits at the end of the working week. On the spacious rooftop is an infinity pool that seems to blend into the beautiful sea and blue sky, where guests can enjoy stunning sunset colors and views of Naha City’s nightscape. Air, JR Kyushu, and Meitetsu on efforts to optimize the supply–demand balance nationwide and improve travel experiences by promoting weekday stays and tailoring recommendations to customers on the basis of each area’s characteristics. Additionally, we are pioneering the use of generative AI in the tourism industry in such areas as proposing destinations tailored to traveler preferences, arousing interest in various regions, and providing support before and after trips. Through these efforts, we are taking on the challenge of creating new experience-based value by combining accommodation with advanced technology. As a model for sustainable tourism promotion, Tsu-giTsugi is expanding the industry’s potential.We have created the new DISTINCTIVE SELECTION cluster of distinctive hotel brands, joining our time-hon-ored range of Tokyu brand hotels (Tokyu Hotel, Excel Hotel Tokyu, and Tokyu REI Hotel) and Tokyu Vacations. The DISTINCTIVE SELECTION cluster is com-posed of stand-alone brands, which are single-hotel brands established for individual properties in pursuit of unique value, and expanding brands, which encom-pass multiple properties. Among our stand-alone brands are BELLUSTAR Since May 2023, we have been operating the TsugiTsugi flat-rate accommodation ser-vice, which offers a new style of travel. This subscription service enables guests to stay at any of more than 400 accommodation facilities nationwide. We have built a new, flexible accommodation platform that encom-passes not only Tokyu Group hotels, but also numerous external accommodation facilities with which we have partnered. TsugiTsugi is helping to drive last-minute bookings and create demand on weekdays, as well as serving as a new touchpoint with customers.
