Sales remain strong at Burasiri Krungthep Kreetha (274 units), which is the first de-velopment of detached houses by our Thai business. The development’s key features are a living environ-ment that achieves a harmonious balance between convenience and nature, diverse communal facilities, and spacious room layouts. In the Saha Group’s Kingsquare redevelopment area, sales have begun at our KingsQuare Residence (222 units) high-rise condominium project, and we are participating in the Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok (154 rooms) ser-viced apartment project through Tokyu Development (Thailand). We are involved in the rental housing business in Sriracha, which is located within the EEC area, and the housing sale business in Bangkok, which is becoming increasingly urbanized as the rail network expands. In June 2024, we established local subsidiary Tokyu Develop-ment (Thailand) to pursue the sustainable development of our business in Thailand. Through this subsidiary, we will continue to leverage our urban development know-how in order to contribute to Thailand’s development.Business development in SrirachaLocated about 100 km southeast of Bangkok, Srira-cha is an area expected to see ongoing development, due in part to the large number of Japanese manufac-turing companies and other businesses establishing bases there. We established Saha Tokyu Corporation, a joint venture with major Thai conglomerate the Saha Group in 2014, and operate serviced apartments for Japanese. HarmoniQ Residence Sriracha (212 units) is an apartment for expatriate employees and their families, which opened in 2016, followed by extended housing units and communal facilities in 2021. In No-vember 2023, we opened the world’s first pedestrian bridge directly linked to the grounds of a Japanese international school. In addition, since 2020, we have been operating Green Life (75 units), a rental housing facility for single people and couples. By promoting development and operations cen-tered on the customer’s perspective, we will continue to provide comfortable residential spaces offering peace of mind for residents. We also aim to develop Sriracha into an even more attractive area by building a diverse industrial complex in partnership with leading-edge companies and new industries.In the Yanchep and Two Rocks district, about 50 km north of Western Australia’s state capital Perth, our subsidiaries Yanchep Sun City Pty Ltd and St An-drews Private Estate Pty Ltd have both established joint ventures with Australian companies and are pro-moting city center and residential land development projects.
