Our diverse array of services tailored to changing times includes services for individuals, such as home security services, along with monitoring services for elderly people and chil-dren. For commercial facilities, our offering includes TS-Zero, which combines AI image analysis tech-nology with conventional security operations. Tokyu Security aims to deliver enhanced value in daily life by ensuring the area’s safety and security around the clock, 365 days a year, thereby contributing to the development of neighborhoods in which people can enjoy life with true peace of mind.Tokyu Bell offers a wealth of services that make cus-tomers’ home life more convenient and comfortable by handling the more tiresome or time-consuming parts of daily life, such as house cleaning and house-work, as well as by delivering products purchased from Tokyu Store online supermarkets. Our Bell Cast staff visit customers living in the Tokyu area to sug-gest the optimal services to meet their needs. At a time when a shortage of delivery drivers throughout the logistics industry has become a social issue, we have also constructed an open last-mile delivery platform. Through this, we intend to establish an efficient delivery network in the Tokyu area and thereby support customers in their everyday lives.We offer the Tokyu Denki & Gas service to household users. We support customers in leading a more comfortable lifestyle without compromising safety and security by bringing them electricity and gas in partnership with the wide range of lifestyle services offered by the Tokyu Group. Aiming to facili-tate smart, eco-friendly lifestyles, our Denki service supplies 100% effectively renewable energy.its Communications (iTSCOM) provides local information infrastructure in the form of internet, multi-channel broad-casting, IP telephony, and mobile virtual network operator (low-cost smartphones and SIMs) services. It also offers TV Push, a solution that transmits information about daily life and disaster man-agement in partnership with government bodies, along with the iTSCOM HOME household IoT service. iTSCOM also provides corporate services, including digital sig-nage, leased line internet connections, regional broad-band wireless access, and a system for the integrated management of IoT devices such as smart locks and IP cameras.
