We aim to create comfortable, high-quality lives through exterior design that consid-ers the surrounding environment and seeks to shape a beautiful cityscape, along with planning focused on delivering cozy, user-friendly homes. Autumn 2022 saw the launch of homes under our NEUE Azamino Court Villa brand, featuring room layouts that can be customized to suit changes in family struc-ture and lifestyle. Some of these properties are sold as energy-creating homes, equipped with solar power and storage battery systems.Rental housing brandSTYLIOBased on the concept of “more freedom, more fun and more high-quality,” we offer homes, mainly along the Tokyu Line, that meet a variety of needs, enabling peo-ple to fulfill their dreams of experiencing life in a par-ticular neighborhood or enjoying a particular lifestyle for a while. Our STYLIO rental housing brand consists of sev-eral sub-brands, each with their own various distinctive features, including the STYLIO range of premium rental housing near stations; the STYLIO X concept-focused range of rental housing; and STYLIO NEST student rental housing. Recently, STYLIO Ikegami WeLL opened in 2024. We are also pursuing consideration for the envi-ronment in our rental housing business. Combining the French word “dresser,” meaning “to build,” and the English word “dress” in the sense of “to decorate attractively,” the brand name reflects our desire to provide beautiful adornments for the personalities and lifestyles of people living in cities. It is also inspired by our wish to deliver the sustainability that is so crucial to urban development, which is part of our DNA. We have been developing condominiums that embody the concepts inspiring our housing develop-ments, primarily in the Tokyu area, starting with the three tower condo projects DRESSER Tower Shin-Tsunashima, DRESSER Tower Minami-machida Grandberry Park, and DRESSER Tower Musashi-kosugi, along with DRESSER Setagaya-Sho-in-jinja, DRESSER Saginuma Residence, DRESSER Azamino Grand Court, and DRESSER Shin-Yokohama. Through these projects, we will continue to provide richer living spaces. We also aim to create a zero-carbon, recycling-based society. As part of these efforts, all homes under the DRESSER brand on which construction work began in or after January 2023 feature in their standard specifications five elements that reduce their environmental impact, including being fully powered by effectively renewa-ble electricity.30Housing Development and Management Business
