Along with information about services and events in the Tokyu area and efforts to improve safety and comfort, the pro-ject website showcases environmental measures and other actions aimed at a sustainable future, and various initiatives aimed at increasing the value of our stations and the neighborhoods served by them.https://ii.tokyu.co.jp/We operate the Setagaya Line’s Lucky Manekineko Tram, which features a livery inspired by the beckon-ing cat figurines at nearby Gotokuji Temple. The theme is continued inside the tram, with cat-shaped straps and feline paw prints on the floor. On the Kodomonokuni Line, we operate the Cow Train and the Sheep Train inspired by the cows and sheep at Yukijirushi Kodomo-no-kuni Farm. Both trains are finding increasing popularity. In addition to livery designed to look like animals, they feature interiors decorated with scenes of animals grazing on pastureland.Norurun is a mascot based on the 5000 series trains that are the backbone of the Tokyu train fleet. It appears at events and undertakes various PR activities for the railway business.In April 2024, we launched the ride points service, through which passengers using PASMO or Suica (in-cluding Mobile PASMO and Mobile Suica)* on Tokyu lines receive additional Tokyu Points at a standard rate of 3% of the fare for their journey (excludes passen-gers using commuter passes). This service is available to passengers who register their PASMO or Suica. We aim to continue providing convenience and discounts to even more passengers, so they can enjoy daily life in the Tokyu area. We offer a range of discount tickets that enable passengers to enjoy the areas served by Tokyu lines. These include the Tokyu Line 1-Day Pass, which offers unlimited travel on all Tokyu lines for a whole day using a single ticket; and the Yokohama Chinatown Trip Gourmet Tickets, a dis-count three-in-one ticket offering unlimited use of all Tokyu lines and the Yokohama Minatomirai Railway’s Mi-natomirai Line for one day and a meal voucher for use at participating restaurants in Yokohama Chinatown. In March 2024, we began selling the Tokyu Line/Sotetsu Common 1-Day Ticket, which allows unlimited travel on all Tokyu and Sotetsu lines for one day, and the Tokyu Line Kids Pass, which allows unlimited travel on Tokyu lines for children of elementary school age or younger all day on weekends and national holidays for 100 yen per day.We also have a variety of other special tickets, including some enabling passengers to save money on trips using the Seibu and Tobu lines, on which through services connecting with the To-yoko Line are available.We hold events at our Nagatsuta Rail Yard, which in-spects Tokyu Railways’ rolling stock. Although we can-celed it in FY2020 and FY2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we held a Customer Appreciation Day in FY2022.
