We have also created a new cluster of brands called DISTINCTIVE SELECTION. The rollout of the new STREAM HOTEL brand is starting from Shibuya and Sapporo: we have rebrand-ed Shibuya Stream Excel Hotel Tokyu as SHIBUYA STREAM HOTEL, while SAPPORO STREAM HOTEL opened its doors in Hokkaido’s biggest city in January 2024.At this site directly linked to Sapporo Municipal Sub-way’s Susukino Station, the gateway to one of Japan’s foremost entertainment districts, we occupy the 7th-18th floors of a large complex, COCONO SUSUKINO, that will also house commercial premises and a cinema complex. We offer spaces where guests and locals alike can mingle freely, with the aim of creating both a base for travel where guests can gather, work, and play, and a hub linking guests to the surrounding area.Our STORYLINE brand of hotel-condominiums will allow people to own a hotel room like a holiday home, while earning rental income by renting it out as a hotel room when they are not using it themselves. The first property launched under this new brand is located on Senaga Island, in the Okinawa Prefecture city of Tomigusuku. It is handily located just 10 minutes or so by car from Naha Airport, making it ideal even for weekend visits at the end of the working week. From the spacious surroundings of the rooftop, guests will be able to enjoy thrilling views of aircraft taking off and landing.external accommodation facilities with which we have partnered. In addition, we are working with ANA Group and other transport operators, as well as with destina-tion management/marketing organizations (DMOs), with the aim of creating a stakeholder population and non-resident population in each region. As a high proportion of accommodation arranged via TsugiTsugi is for off-peak days (Sunday to Thursday) and reservation lead times are short, the service is help-ing to drive last-minute bookings and custom that evens out demand peaks.
