As shown in the diagram to the right, under the new structure of our hotel and resort business, Tokyu Corporation and Tokyu Hotels are in charge of strategic hotel management, while Tokyu Hotels & Resorts handles their day-to-day operation. In addition to taking responsibility for asset management in the hotel and resort business, we and Tokyu Hotels will create higher added value for neighborhoods and regions through hotel management. Leveraging its strength in the form of its ability to operate high-quality hotels, Tokyu Hotels & Resorts aims to achieve growth by securing deals to run new properties, thereby augmenting our network. Adding new brandsAs of March 2023, Tokyu Hotels, the chain brand of Tokyu Hotels & Resorts, offers 12,849 rooms at 66 hotels (in-cluding partner hotels).
