We support customers in leading a more comfortable lifestyle without compromising safety and security by bringing them electricity and gas in partnership with the wide range of lifestyle services offered by the Tokyu Group. Aiming to facili-tate smart, eco-friendly lifestyles, our Denki service supplies 100% effectively renewable energy.Intelligent Transport System (its) Com-munications provides local informa-tion infrastructure in the form of multi- channel broadcasting, internet and telephone services. It also offers TV Push, a service provided in partnership with govern-ment bodies that delivers information about daily life and disaster management via audio devices and TV screens, along with the iTSCOM HOME household IoT service, which helps users enjoy a more comfortable lifestyle. As part of efforts to enhance its support sys-tems, including for after-sales follow-up, iTSCOM has set up customer advice desks at a number of loca-tions, where staff provide face-to-face help for all kinds of concerns, such as TV operation and computer set-up, while swiftly and courteously responding to queries and offering information about a range of services.In 2017, we set up Connected Home Alliance, with the aim of creating world-class social infrastructure that taps into IoT for lifestyles to enrich everyone’s lives. As moves to achieve Japan’s goal of bringing Society 5.0 to fruition gather pace, we will share our vi-sion for the ideal future across industry and corporate boundaries, and will promote efforts to foster co-crea-tion environments and develop services in partnership with individual communities and society as a whole, taking people and homes as our starting point. Our diverse array of services tailored to changing times includes services for individuals, such as SAFE-1, a low-cost security monitoring service that can easily be installed without the need for construction work or a telecommunications line, and emergency callout service Tokyu Security ResQ. For commercial facili-ties, our offering includes TS-Zero, which combines AI image analysis technology with conventional security operations. Tokyu Security aims to deliver enhanced value in daily life by ensuring the area’s safety and security around the clock, 365 days a year, thereby contributing to the development of neighborhoods in which people can enjoy life with true peace of mind.Tokyu Bell offers a wealth of services that make cus-tomers’ home life more convenient and comfortable by handling the more tiresome or time-consuming parts of daily life, such as house cleaning and house-work, as well as by delivering products purchased from Tokyu Store online supermarkets. Our Bell Cast staff visit customers living in the Tokyu area to sug-gest the optimal services to meet their needs. We have also launched the “Hi Bell-san” person-al shopper service, which combines our open last-mile delivery platform with online ordering functions.
