Improving accessibilityWe have completed construction of barrier-free routes in all 97 stations. We have installed elevators near exits A6 and B7 at Shibuya Station on the To-yoko and Den-en-toshi Lines. At Sangen-jaya and Sakura-shimmachi stations on the Den-en-toshi Line, we have installed additional elevators to serve as a second accessible route. Passengers who purchase an eligible ticket in advance via the Q SKIP digital ticketing service website can seamlessly board trains without the need to stop at a ticket machine or counter. We will analyze customer information and travel data, with the aim of providing more appealing services. We have built and begun operating system infrastructure that enables data on various equipment to be amassed and ana-lyzed.
