Our Welina Care facilities are nursing homes primarily catering to residents requiring long-term nursing care. In March 2020, we opened a new fa-cility, Tokyu Welina Care Hatanodai, which joined our existing facilities—Tokyu Welina Care Oyamadai and Tokyu Welina Care Jiyu-gaoka—in providing a warm, welcoming place to live with a more comprehesive range of nursing care services. Staff with expertise in real estate and archi-tecture provide free advice about various aspects of housing, including buying and selling real estate, rebuilding, renovation, financial planning, and inher-itance and gifting. They also provide introductions to companies capable of meeting clients’ needs, choos-ing from among our network of over 200 companies. We have five branches in the Tokyu area: Me-guro, Futako Tamagawa Rise S.C., Saginuma-ekimae, Tama Plaza, and Musashi-Kosugi Tokyu Square.
